Spectacular service. These guys aren't part replacers; they are computer mechanics. My son has a Toshiba laptop suffering with screen problems. Without consulting me he took it to some repair shop in Cypress who gave him the runaround and ultimately failed to make a good repair. He lost two to three weeks jacking around with these clowns. When we got the computer back, we delivered it to him at school in College Station. He, then, took it to the campus repair center. They kept it for two to three weeks and could not repair it. I retrieved it from him and took it to Skynet on a referral from a friend. A week later the computer was repaired and the price for repair was more than reasonable. No diagnostic fee either. These guys are great. You can trust them with confidence that they will repair your computer or whatever else you take them.
