My macbook pro graphics card fried a few days back. I contacted a few Mac Support businesses in the Gold coast area with no luck. IT Service GC contacted me straight away, the same day I dropped my system off, Michael expalined clearly the problem, how much and how long it would take to fix. I was very happy to receive a text msg today saying everything was ok and I could collect it anytime today, 2 days earlier than expected. I would have no problem recoomending these guys, its great to know I have a local mac support that I can rely on. cheers chris

I called Michael at 6pm in a bit of a panic about my laptop not working and Apple stores are closed. He was so friendly, helpful and patient with me even though I was calling after hours. I have now saved his number on my phone as my go-to IT expert in future. I can very highly recommend this business.
Absolutely excellent experience with IT Services Gold Coast. Could easily drop off and pick up at times that were convenient to me. I have nothing but positive things to say about the customer service and time frame at which my computer was fixed. They are super professional and knowledgable. There were no surprises and / or hidden costs when it came pay for our equipment to be serviced and I was constantly kept up to date with the progress. They have a wide range of re conditioned equipment to choose from at a very competitive price. I have purchased equipment from there and have not had any issues to this date.
