Great local business. Always use them. The attention to detail is something that I really appreciate. No something you get with bigger stores with employee who don't care as much because no matter what they still get their pay at the end of the week. Despite their minimal efforts. I will definitely return in the future.

Fantastic little shop selling all sorts of computers and parts that you simply can't find anywhere else. Friendly and efficient staff. Have never found them to be out of stock of anything I needed.
Very helpful, more than happy to teach me about the difference between products. And built my PC that day. Highly recommend. Support your local guys and girls
I love to support local Wollongong businesses especially when the value and service are good. I was recommended PCC Computers and was not disappointed. Paul went above and beyond to build a computer in time for my son's birthday, so, later when I needed to upgrade my work computer I didn't hesitate to go back to PCC. Thanks so much Paul.
Went into to have my MacBook repaired. There was a mishap in the repair. Initially I was upset. Paul who I spoke to wen above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with the outcome of the situation. This sort customer service is not around anymore. I would recommend PCC computers Wollongong to anyone looking for quality computer services. Much better than going to a big chain.
So I wasn't quite happy with how a repair turned up. Paul told me to bring it back in. Well I got busy and 6 months went by. I phoned Paul up one arvo and was like "Hey remember me". He told me he remember and to come by with my mac and he would take care of. No one else does that. They would laugh at you and say the warranty is up or something like that.
PCC wrote fake reviews using the personal Google accounts on devices that are brought into them for repairs. Scalpers, scammers, overpriced and really stand-offish staff. I wonder why every review for them is 5 stars and mentions how "fantastic" Paul is? Paul, we see you... [EDIT] They are now accusing me of not shopping here. This is not a "fake" review, I have been to your store 3 times. Maybe don't accuse customers of being fake when you yourselves are scamming. Never coming back.
