The quality and customer service at this store is superb given it's very reasonable pricing. The amount of effort these guys offer is exceptional, and they went out of their ways to help me out with my build. Came 3 times with different issues and they solved it swiftly. The owner is super friendly, humorous and professional! Also check out his desirable Wrexy. I would recommend this place over and over, will come back if I need anything else including every smallest bits.

Only a very short interaction with the guys in store. I called up with a motherboard trouble shooting issue, and they had no issues just popping in the same day to take a look. No mucking about and had a result super fast. I'd be happy to look to them again, for sure.

Excellent customer service. Had a great customer experience. I went into Fairstar computers at their Fyshwick store on Saturday the 15/2/2021 to make enquiries about buying a new gaming PC. I was lucky enough to speak to Cody who answered all of my questions with patience and professionalism, I admittedly like to chat and ask a lot of questions and usually I am met with impatience and annoyance, not so with Cody. Cody gave me excellent advice and customer service, he went above and beyond by answering all of my questions with a smile. When talking to Cody it immediately became clear that these guys know their stuff. I highly recommend Fairstar Computers for your IT needs. They are very customer friendly and very knowledgeable.

Took my laptop to Fairstar Computers today in hope that they could do something about its pea-size memory capacity. While the particular model of my laptop did not allow for much improvement, Cliff has been incredibly kind and gave me specific suggestions on how I could still make the most of the laptop within its capacity. I am genuinely impressed with his expertise and certainly would not hesitate in taking my laptop to Fairstar Computers again. Thank you heaps for your time today, Cliff!
Took my used EBay purchase Alienware Graphics Amplifier in this morning to see if they had a compatible GPU I could test it with - just in case of needing to return the purchase. No problem - lent me a compatible card and a test bench at no charge and from the chat I had with a couple of the gents it is clearly evident that these guys know their stuff. All the hype on this place is 100% justified. Its a cool outfit, great knowledge and uo front no nonsense advice! Just qant to say thanks the solution works for now will be back if i become self concious and get it replaced! Will definitely be seeing you guys again for a PC build.
