Update: unfortunately it's been really hard to get any accountability with this case, I can't get a straight answer on what is and isn't included in a service (ie trim tab anodes). I noticed yesterday that we were invoiced for 5 anodes in the service so could probably keep going back and forth but unfortunately time is money and I've already wasted enough on this. Original post: got a service done here recently (alongside some other work) and it came back around 3 times the amount we would usually pay elsewhere. Upon getting the boat back I found that despite this, the trim tab anode hasn't been replaced. We've tried to get back in touch but haven't had an answer yet.
