Love the new layout of the shop. Staff are always so friendly and helpful when I have no idea what product is best. Great range of gear too. I hope my secret santa shops here! Lots of parking available also. Very competitive with their pricing aswell.

Whilst walking around aimlessly I could not find a staff member to help me I would expect staff to spot someone who needs help and offer it to them. But no Not good servic we at all

I recently phoned BCF Gympie & Caloundra for a quote on a mounting bracket for a Watersnake electric motor, none in stock at Gympie & 2 in stock at Caloundra & 30 dearer than Tackle World. The Caloundra store wasn't interested in sending 1 to Gympie nor were they interested in reducing the price to be competitive. Guess what guys, bcf missed out on the sale, you will have to sharpen your pencil if you want the sales in the future, looks like i'm shopping at Tackle World from now on.
