Google says store opens at 7am but the times on the door are different. I saw people rocking up thinking they were open when they clearly were not. Really inconvenient.

I'd like to thank the blonde woman who helped me with some caravan jacks yesterday. I've been served by her before and she is so personable and helpful. I just purchased an old caravan and we had a great discussion about it. I must say, every time I've been in I've been served excellently by all staff. Thank you.

Just had a great experience at Noosa BCF all the staff were friendly, helpful and practicing social distancing. They pointed my in the right direction for a mosquito zapper and Wesley at the counter was very kind to our kids, engaging and professional. We will be heading back to this store for all our camping and fishing needs!

To the Store Manager, please train your staff in customer relations. I went in this morning at 11.45am to pick up my click and collect hammock belt. The lady at the counter addressed me in a very rude and abrupt manner as if, as a customer, i was some sort of nuisance in whatever else she was doing. If she was the business owner, the business would have gone bust based on her behaviour with customers.
