Fantastic service! I spoke to Dave on the phone about an issue I was having with my swag, he talked me through a few suggestions and offered to help me out if I was coming in-store. I went in-store and was offered assistance by another friendly team member Dave then went above and beyond to help me out. Thanks again Dave, will definitely be back!

BAU001162588 The online service is useless and the receptionists keep on giving misleading information. Placed an paid for an online order on 2/12/2020. BCF emails me order packed an ready for shipping on 3/12/2020 with tracking number for shippit. I sent email on the 18/12/2020 to BCF wanting the status of the order and informing them that shippit doesn't recognise the tracking number. BCF email on the 21/12/2020 said 2 parcels sent via couriers please on the 3/12/2020 and one parcel was delivered on 21/12/2020.I called BCF's office on31/12/20 and was told the second parcel was scheduled for delivery 31/12/2020. I called the courier company and was told that the parcel was in their Coffs Harbour depot awaiting shipment and it wouldn't be delivered till next week unable to give me a date. Called BCF back 31/12/2020 and told them what their courier company said and told them to refund the shipping costs since it would arrive to late for me to use as a Christmas present but I'd use it in march as a birthday gift instead. BCF emailed me yesterday 1/1/2021 that it will be delivered today a public holiday? Still waiting due covid19 delays delivery delays of 3 days shippit website with weekend's and public holidays maybe I'll get it by 6/1/2021 if I'm lucky I'll have it for Christmas 2021. All BCF has done is give misleading information and be rude an arrogant over the phone. Parcels sent from BCF Rutherford 3/12/2020 going to Port Macquarie what an excellent service they provide online thanks vey much for your assistance with this matter. BAU001162588

We started fishing here for the first time with the help of a kind employee. The staff there were always kind when I visited here. But the attitude of the male employee I saw for the first time today was so unpleasant and rude. We visited the store to change from a basic fishing method to a floating one. We had to came to the staff ourselves for asking about it but it didn't matter. We asked what need to buy for the float fishing. And He took us to the section of the and that was all. Since we had no knowledge, we had to approach the staff again and ask him again and he kept responding with an insincere attitude. I don't know if it was originally his working style or our English wasn't perfect, but I'm sure it would never be good for the future if it were for the second reason. And we'll never go back here again because of the rude man.
