A really well laid out store and service at front desk is quick even though the store is very busy at times. Large range of products with a very well equipped fishing department. Well located in Maroochydore and plenty of parking. Be sure to register as a BCF member as the deals are fantastic and the email alerts for upcoming sales are well received in our household. I see there’s been some negative reviews about waiting for service, but I can’t say I have experienced that, but then I’m quite chatty and never afraid to call out for someone’s attention. On occasions good old fashion service must remain as I constantly see staff helping people with larger items to their vehicle with trolleys. 10 out of 10 for BCF

Recently bought a new Kayak here and for the price compared to other stores I am very happy with what I got! Staff were friendly and courteous and helped me select the right one for me. Would highly recommend this place for any camping or outdoor gear!

Poor service. Went to buy a tent. But was told some one would be there to help, I waited 15 minutes no one came. Went to another camping retailer and got what I wanted. BCF your service is very bad, it was quite many staff where available but no one seemed to care. You lost out on 1000
