I went here to buy a present for my girlfriend, a hair straightening brush, and the man in the store (Jeremy was his name) was one of the most helpful and friendly sales staff I've dealt with. I don't usually leave reviews of retail establishments, but my day was made by my encounter at shavershop. He not only went out of his way to tell me what he knew about the products and check further information about them, but he claimed to have personally used some of them and could give me a first hand account of their quality and features. I can't speak for any of the other workers, as it seems this small store is only staffed by one person at a time, however if Jeremy is working there you're in luck.
I loved the because they are honest with you. They would tell you the real worth of the product not like other shops who just trying to sell there product
The worst customer service ever! I visited the shop to return a faulty trimmer where I experienced a very offensive behavior from the shop keeper. The shop keeper was a heavy, tall, blonde woman with glasses. while I was explaining very friendly to her what is wrong with the product, she suddenly interrupted me in a very bad, loud and offensive voice by saying that I don't need to explain her what is the problem and she knows what is she doing! I also felt some kind of racism on her behavior. The behavior was very humiliating and offensive. Next day I contacted Shavershop customer service and reported the incident to someone name "Andrew" who is apparently in charge of customer service in NSW. He said that he will chase it up and will get back to me. That never happened! I sent them an email, no reply! so disappointing that you guys treat customers like this! Not gonna buy anything from this shop anymore. ————— In response to owner response: As I said I have already emailed you 2 month ago but you were too reluctant to respond. I sent my email to the only email you provided in your website for customer care under the title of “reporting humiliating and offensive behaviour from a shop keeper” on 14 Dec 2020. You can find it and follow it up if you really care about the customers, which I highly doubt that!
