I just wanted to say how brilliant a staff member here is. The man who was there on his own today (Tuesday). I'm a support worker for someone who has a passion for vacuum cleaners and we look round Godfrey's a lot together. The man in this store really puts the effort in with my participant and always teaches him about the products and is just so informative and friendly. It deserves recognition for sure. So thanks very much :)

Good service from the guy who was working alone today two days from Christmas, probably could use another employee to help. He had a store full of people but was able to assist everyone fairly easily. They didn’t have what I wanted but made conversation, commented on my purchase and was polite.
Godfrey’s are happy to take your money but provide ZERO support when something goes wrong with your product. The staff at this store (particularly Brayden) are downright rude and obnoxious! Buy from Godfrey’s at your peril because when something goes wrong they will NOT help you and will rub salt in your wounds by being seriously unpleasant to deal with. You are better off buying from an online store at the cheapest price Godfreys are proving why bricks and mortar stores are a thing of the past.
Stay away from this store. Went for a repair work on Hoover Vacuum, asked for reason for breakdown as this is the 3rd time repair in 2 years. Manager could not explain and became aggressive and then threatened to call security..i had my 3 year old daughter with me..so i had to just leave.
Rude staff. Far cheaper online.
The manager here was so helpful! Very honest too, sold me exactly what suited my needs very pleased with my purchase!
Criminals. Refusing to refund me for a very expensive faulty product. Will not return and would recommend staying away..
