Looking for a new vacuum. I walked into Godreys Toombul. The gentleman was so helpful and informative. I had a lot of questions about uprights vs sticks etc. Then I saw the vacuum that my sister has and she loves her Henry vacuum. So today I bought one and love it. Super long cord and can vacuum my whole house without changing power points. Easy to move around. Robust and solid design. Super suction and a big smile, that makes me happy to vacuum. Love ya Henry. If there was a sixth star, I would use it. My partner and I went into this store today looking to buy a vacuum cleaner and we were served by Tyler. Tyler's knowledge and expertise was mind blowing. He was able to present relevant information in a way that made it easy for us to understand. He gave us confidence that we were making a good investment whilst providing a relaxed pressure free experience. He was open and honest in all information he gave us and thats exactly how a salesperson should be. Highly recommend if you are looking to buy or just looking for information, Tyler and Nick are the guys to talk to.

Went in to the Toombul store with 800 cash to spend on a vac, old mate couldn’t be bothered putting his IPhone down to do his job and sell me something , I couldn’t help but laugh , this guy needs to be moved on . JB got another sale .
Bought a vac yesterday. The guy at Toombul Godfreys was super helpful & knew his stuff. I got home & used the vac and it is great. This guy deserves a pay rise! Thanks.
Went to the Toombul shop yesterday with our vacuum cleaner we had bought it just over 12 months ago. Stopped on us. The young man who checked it out for me was absolutely first class! Sorted it out in no time for no cost other than the filters which needed replacing . While fixing ours he also managed to help 2 other customers. Tells me he has been there since 2011. His professional manner and knowledge of the highest quality. I just hope your company knows what a gem you have in this young man!!!!!!!
Absolutely disgusting service. They are not helpful at all, if your (Under-Warranty) Vaccum cleaner gets sick and chooses not to start working and you take it to them, all they will do at first is, they will try and hammer the product in front of you until it starts and give it back to you without fixing the problem permanently. Nor they will be helpful enough, if that happens again, to replace the product. Rather keep the product with them for weeks and months and give it back to you as is. God knows if they even touched the vaccum cleaner to fix it for those many weeks while it was supposed to be serviced. You bring the product home hoping that now it would be fixed permanently, but return to a higher disappointment than ever because the product just doesnt work. what a dead product I own!. I am not even asking for a refund, all i am asking is to either fix it properly or replace it. but unfortunaltely, they dont care.
