Poor back up service, our washing machine has been playing up since just out of warranty and have been waiting since July for the 18 replacement part from their service agent. DXA-175 front loader Fault intermittently most of the time doesn't finish the wash cycle have to start over and waste what water we have already used. The response every month is "We don't have an exact ETA as to when stocks would be available due to the pandemic" So we just wait and not wash our clothes for 4 months?

Same complaint as above ... they replaced it but trying to sort my bonus warranty is a nightmare.
