The customer service and level of quality from this store still has me smiling a year on after my purchase. I went in stressed & tired wanting a cheap vacuum but left with exactly what I needed which has made floor cleaning a pleasure, resulting in more ease in my day... After having to go into this Godfreys twice, once with a warranty claim that was handled excellently and the second for a demo and a purchase. I'd have to say the service and attention I received from Sanjeev and I think it was Nick (sorry) was fantastic. Had all answers to all questions, After having a terrible experience with a Godfreys in Caulfield I swore I'd never deal with them again. But the professionalism with which they handled my warranty claim regained my trust in the chain and I became a customer again. Thanks for the help the Godfreys Waurn Ponds team.

DO NOT BUY FROM GODFREYS! I genuinely wish that I could leave less that one star. I came in to the Waurn ponds store needing a new part for a vacuum that’s under warranty. They didn’t have the part in stock but assured me they had called the north geelong store and they had the part in stock there. I asked them to please call ahead and they promised me they had. So off I drive, 40 minutes in 40 degree heat to godfreys in north geelong. I arrive at north geelong and low and behold - they haven’t received any phone calls and they have no part in store either. So thanks for wasting my time and petrol just for your own entertainment godfreys. I really hope your managers pay more respect to your income than you’ve shown to mine.

The service was terrible, i asked to look at a particular vacuum. The man at the counter scoffed, told me that the particular vacuum doesnt even work and wanted to show me one that was 79 even though the one i wanted was only 29. He was very rude.

Good customer service. Demonstration of vacuums within store. Vacuums to suit all budgets. Smaller store, so not a huge amount of stock. Store it self is very clean (as it should be with all the vacuuming going on there) Purchase pet bagless 4mths ago, very happy with product.
