Prior to going to the store my partner and I did online cost comparisons to major retailers and found Bing Lee to be the cheapest for the same item. Upon entering the store we were helped by the lovely and very friendly Gina. She was happy to offer honest advice about our choices and didn't push us to buy anything. We loved that she respected when we declined a product and let us make our own decisions. She was also more than happy to have a look for stock codes and quantities in her stores and surrounding areas. Next time we are there we will ask for her specifically due to her excellent customer service skills.

Yesterday I bought sony xb43 Bluetooth speaker from Binglee Fyshwick. I was looked after by Daniel Anderson. He was very polite and efficient, one of the best customer services I received in long time. The speaker was way cheaper than harvy norman. In short good price and good service. ️️️️️
quiet, easy and painless. staff give u enuf attention but dont overwhelm you and/or hound you and/or stalk you. from entrance to purchase to exit in \u003c3 minutes, oOoo yeahh!

Amazing service from the team and store manager at Bing Lee Fyshwick, when the fridge we bought was to big for our kitchen, they went above and beyond to make sure we found another one that fit perfectly and only charged us an extra delivery fee which was understandable. Very happy with the service and our purchases.

The online order process was easy. The order confirmation email and order pick-up email response was very prompt (within 50 minutes of one another early on Monday morning as I had placed the order on Sunday night). Instructions were clear in regards to pick-up. Actual pick-up was quick too. The product, a Phillips Powerlife Steam iron, impressed us immediately with its efficient ability to remove creases and the fact that it was relatively light for its size.
The staff were amazing and attentive. Our Click and Collect order was ready for us and in our hands within a few minutes of coming into the store.
