Great service from the store, I was greeted upon entering and asked if I needed assistance. I advised I was picking something up, the staff member took my licence to assist speeding up the process when I was ready to leave. Very impressed with the store, the layout and the great staff.

I'm giving Bing Lee Belconnen 5 stars for good service and fast delivery. I purchased a refrigerator from them online, and it was delivered the next day! The man who delivered it, even adjusted the feet so the fridge was perfectly level.
The online ordering was super easy. My order was ready 1hr after I purchased it online so I was able to pick it up before they closed that day!! The staff were super friendly and helpful.

There is way more to this place than its catchy advertisement jingle. Great shop to come look at when in need of an applicance. Huge range. Low prices and they will beat other stores prices. Helpful staff. We bought a tumble dryer here recently and were satisfied. You're humming the ad jingle now aren't you
Terrible service. First time for my delivery doesn't show up on the day without calling me to explain they wouldn't be there. 2nd attempt at delivery I get told they had lost my TV in transit without an explanation as to what happened. Had also ordered this 3 weeks before the first attempted delivery. Got told by staff thats unfortunate there isn't anything we can do. 1st time can understand but 2 times in the space of 1 week is a bit much.
Thanks to all the employees. In fact, there is the employee. Unfortunately, I did not pay attention to her name, but she has a wonderful positive energy. Thank you to the employee who returned 150 that fell from my pocket You deserve trust.
Staff are brilliant! Honest and reliable. Will definetly re-visit on future purchases!
