Recently bought a laptop from Bing Lee thinking it was going to do the job. Turns out the laptop isn't able to run simple applications that are already installed on the computer, making the laptop run at 100% CPU constantly. Tried to return the laptop as one of the employees from Tech department said previously "if it continues to run slow, we can give you a refund" and they refused to give the refund of the laptop because its "already been used". Feel absolutely scammed and the manager gave no reason as to why I couldn't get a refund and was rude at the time.

If I could give 0 I would. I went there to get a price match on a breville appliance which the good guys had for 74 and they were selling for 99!!! When I asked to price match it they refused. The 2 ladies at the desk were extremely rude and weren't helpful at all. I will never shop here again

service with a smile when I walked in staff was helpful with helping me with information about the TV I wanted to buy I would recommend Bing Lee to anyone that just wanted to go in and out their service was fast and professional how I like it no beating around the bush.
I really hate getting hassled by staff when I'm browsing white goods, but the staff here were great and totally no pressure. Was able to get a washing-up machine delivered the next day on Saturday, which is way better than the usual delays you get for deliveries.
