Humiliated , extremely poor customer service refuse to refund on purchase I went there for Christmas shopping with my 10 month old baby and my mum. I swear this is the first time and it will be the last time. I initially purchased 3 items on 17th Dec. 2017 soon after I walked out, I figured out these were not the right items that I wanted so I went back requested for refund. I queued at cashier waiting for service and one of the staff assisted but refuse to refund and been told there is no refund in their outlet, only exchange is allowed so I spoke to the manager. She said exactly the same thing however in a non-polite manner. I consider it was quite rude. She was serving other customer at the same time. She said no refund, it's company policy and pass me a card to call their head office. I said I just want a refund, I didn't have anything I want to exchange, I said can I have a credit note, again she refused, she said no, she can't do it. I was very upset, she embarrassed me in front of other customers ( there were more than 20 customers in store at that time) She said to me "stop yelling" I wasn't even yelling and she threaten me that she's going to call centre security. I felt that she has humiliated me in front of so many other customers and I wasn't impressed the way she treated me. She did not being helpful instead just hand ball the problem to their head office. I was very angry and didn't want to deal with her again. I grabbed her name ( She said her name is Kerry) and will definitely have a word with their head office for sure. They have to apologise to me and conduct a review on her especially this was all happened in front of my children. Shame on you Kerry. I will never buy their products again. Poor customer service skill, bad bad bad.
