Very helpful friendly and quickly quoted me for my taps, toilets and vanity. Components ordered and arrived on time. Made me feel welcome even though I am not a tradesman. They even loaded my vehicle. Craig and Cooper have excellent customer service skills and I would highly recommend Reece Plumbing at Gateshead.

I was sent by the plumber to pick up a fitting Was asked if I had a account which I don’t The plumber did but doesn’t use it Charged 54 for a fitting that I saw at Bunnings for 27 today Was prepared to pay a premium as it was urgent but double retail is ridiculous My advice go to Tradelink
Reliable and friendly staff
Sent here by my builder to choose bathroom fixtures and fittings. My builder said to tell them to prepare the quote using his trade price and I'll pay the bill and he will collect. I asked while i was making the selections if the prices quoted were trade prices. I was told yes every single time. I went home and let my builder know. He was unsure about the prices i'd been quoted. So I went online and found out I'd been charged full RRP for all items. When I called them about this their reply was, "well we can't just give everyone trade price on their word" which I understand, but my issue is that at no time was I told that my builder should contact them to confirm his pricing or vice versa. The staff member flat out lied multiple times to my face. I will forever avoid having to do business with Reece at Gateshead again because, quite frankly I can't trust them. I did also submit a formal complaint to management at Gateshead about this and heard no reply whatsoever.
