Very good store. Stock levels great as you would expect from a new store. Front person at entry friendly. Hand sanitizer at the entrance and exit. It’s just a great store with so much parking.

Excellent service from staff, very friendly and helpful. And short checkout times. Also a very large store in the new Bennetts Green commercial area, with a comprehensive range of products at a fair price.
To be fair, the store itself is great, it's just the carpark can be a total nightmare. Nothing that can't be solved by shopping earlier or later than usual but it can be annoying. This store seemed to perform well during the hot summer days. No idea of how this facility is cooled/ventilated, but it makes quite a difference when it's a hot day and you've got quite a list of items to get. This being one of the larger tiered stores, there's always plenty of stock. Good to see the return of the sausage sizzles. Generally speaking, it's a Bunnings store. Does what is says on the box
Good range of products but the staff don't have much knowledge about them. It is a new store with a lot of new staff so hopefully this will improve as they get to grips with everything. Having said that, all of the staff are friendly and try to be helpful when they can.
Staff were so helpful and friendly. Nothing was a problem. When a staff member wasn't sure, they sought further assistance. Great team work resulted in happy customers. Will be returning!
New store is big compared to other stores. A lot of the shelves with empty boxes on them. So either not enough workers to replenish stock or not enough stock. Not a lot staff around to help customers but the staff we encountered were very pleasant and polite. Would probably use a different Bunnings next time as I was not able to get two items that I was after, just empty boxes.
A great improvement on the early stores; wider aisles,brighter lighting and insulation. But same helpful and pleasant staff.
This store is enormous! Good Covid-19 practices. Amazing range of stock. The garden centre is the largest Bunnings has in the southern hemisphere (a proud employee told me). Handy that most stock in the garden centre is covered by the high roof, making shopping possible even when raining.
