I purchased replacement parts for a toilet cistern from Reece at Islington just before last Xmas. They charged me a little over 350, which seemed expensive, but I was in a hurry, and grateful because I was able to fix my old toilet. When the other toilet needed fixing, I initially ordered the parts from Reece, who quoted 220 for the order. The attitude of the person who served me was curt and contemptuous (often the case when you're not a 'tradie' seeking help from the 'trade' counter). I then checked on the manufacturer's website, which indicated the Recommended Retail Price. Realising that I had been ripped off the first time, I immediately cancelled the order, and obtained identical parts from another retailer, saving myself about 60. I estimate that I was overcharged more than 100 prior to Xmas, and strongly recommend you do your shopping elsewhere.
Called for a Fisher and Paykel part that Reece Plumbing did not stock. I was ready to say thanks and hang up to continue my call around when Bryce(?) offered the info that the part may be available at The Wholesale Warehouse at Bennett’s Green. I called and the part was available. The willingness to help in my search for the part has put Reece Plumbing at the top of my list for our upcoming renovation.
Whilst purchasing our items for our bathroom customer service was great. After they had our money all prompt service and common curtesy has stopped. Calls are never returned and we are still getting the run around regarding the wrong vanity that was supplied. Very disappointed about being lied to and treated with disdain. Steve Kearney

Got served by a guy named Stuart, went above and beyond rather than just sell me what I asked for offered and actually came to visit my restaurant down the road to make sure I was getting the right equipment and buying more than i needed. Couldn't have been more helpful.
