We just purchased a fridge, the customer service was excellent, staff were all very helpful and were not pushy , asked us if we needed help, then left us to browse. It’s nice to have be able to look without the constant do you need help every five minutes. We have purchased a fridge a couple of years ago, the customer service wasn’t as good back then we had a rude guy that looked like he didn’t care about his job. We can say now all staff members we delt with over past few days when looking for fridge were all helpful

Disgraceful service! Been there twice to buy appliances because they supposedly had stock. Wrong , Adam who has been there twice who makes it look painful to serve people was just awful both times. My elderly father and I were left securing fridge to truck without a goodbye or thanks for you business or regard. Shocking place to shop. That’s probably why there was not another soul in the shop and four staff more interested in each other and a computer
