I was in Ulladulla for my aunt’s 80th but I’d forgotten to print a very old photo of her husband as a 10 year old, that I wanted to give her. With only an hour till the party I went to Betta, and Sharon went above and beyond to print the 70 year old photo for me. My aunt was delighted (she’d never seen the photo before) and I have nothing but praise for Sharon. Many thanks!

My wife and I purchased a new fridge from Betta Home Living at Ulladulla in late January 2021. The customer experience we had was exceptional, from the time we entered the store, discussion of various options, right through to the delivery and installation. I'd like to express particular thanks to Tegan who was patient, interested to ensure that it would fit our location and took the time to explain things properly. Thanks also to the delivery guys who unboxed the product, set it up and were kind, efficient and cheerful in their work. So to Australian CEO's such as Gerry, Lionel, Andy and Alan (amongst others), perhaps it's time to re-visit what true customer service is all about when a small regional business makes you pale by comparison. A big thumbs up from me!
