As a vegan it was interesting to see insight into the practices of old. For a more accurate representation of practices within the dairy industry today however I highly recommend researching 'Dominionmovement'.

Quick pitstop enroute to Cherbourg. Worth the stop and plenty of history floating around the region.

It is a beautiful snapshot into the past. Volunteers are friendly, and there is lots of interesting artifacts to look at. I wasn't sure if my 7 and 5 year old would enjoy it. But they really did! Was a really lovely stop on our road trip.
