I went into the good guys to purchase an oven and a new fridge. There were 4 young folk at A counter. I went over to check out the fridges first spending a lot of time in this area. No staff member even came over to offer assistance, so we walked down to the ovens. My 40 year old daughter was with me we were chatting a lot. I had even made noise asking for help. After 20 minutes looking around moving back and forward from the fridges to the stoves no one came to offer any help. We were not even acknowledged on walking back past them to leave the storm. We then went over to Harvey Norman and passed comment to staff that came up to offer service after the first minute in the store. They have commented on how many people go and purchase from Harvey Norman because the good guys they could not get any service. Maybe a review on staff management is required. A very frustrating possible customer. 4,500 dollars was spent at Harvey Norman
Got great smiling, happy service from a young lady, even helped me carry my items to the car. Saved a few bucks too!
After waiting for 25 minutes to be helped while looking at the vacuums, I informed the lady serving me that I had a commercial account. She rudly informs me she can't process this in-store and I needed to do an online click and collect and then wait for a couple hours to pick up the item that was standing right in front of me... Good work good guys!
I ordered and bought a new LG bottom load refrigerator from the Good Guys. My brand spanking new fridge was delivered the next day right on time.
Went and saw Ben. Fixed my data up on my phone and got a great deal on a new speaker. This guy needs a raise. My go to shop. Cheers Ben....
