Very knowledgeable staff it's very funny how well train the young women are there to advise us blokes on how to trim a beard or hair!! They are very knowledgeable they know a lot about the product and I was impressed at how much the young lady knew about the best type of trimmer and attachments for trimming our dogs hair!! The prices are quite reasonable and they have a really good range there...

5 Stars to Daniel for his exceptional customer service! I went in store to buy a sale item for my husband but do to demand they were no longer in stock at Penrith. Daniel advised me to buy online where I could sign up and receive 10 off and this could be used to cover the shipping costs and not leave me out of pocket. I did this and I am very happy! Thank You Daniel.
