I would like to thank the great service we recieved from Harrison. I ordered a Fisher and Pykel Top loader. He matched my price and we had it delivered the next day. He rang delivery people. They rang half an hour before delivery as requested. They were efficient took old machine and packaging aa requested at a fee. Which we were happy to pay. Harrison organized and made this deliver very easier. I have bought over the years many products and have found them a great Local store. Come on locals get behind our stores Rosebud. Thank you for great service.

Very disappointed with their customer service. We purchased a fridge as the old one didn’t work. We wanted to pick up as didn’t want to wait for delivery. We asked if we could borrow a trolley as we lived a few streets down and offered to leave a deposit to ensure of its return. We were denied this request with 6 trolleys in the warehouse lined up. Trying to support local business but won’t be going back again as we didn’t think the request was unreasonable.

Want to call out the amazing customer service and experience I've had dealing with these guys. I've recently purchased a Smeg appliance and I cant remember the last time I have had such a great experience. Given the current environment Ive dealt with the purchase over the phone & online. Everything has gone so smoothly, been kept fully up to date on the order the whole way through - it really pays to shop local and have the extra personal touch from the team here.

Your website is not very helpful. I'm searching for chest freezers and prices, instead it's showing me all the brands. I click on one of the brands, then it took me to the website of let say Kelvinator and no pricing. You have to actually click on every brand name to see the products. Kelvinator even had an error! Why not just display the product when I searchfor from your website? Not redirecting to the other websites. Time wasting!!!
