Thanks Mario of Osborne Park Retravision for your great customer service today. Right from when I rang to check the price and stock of items I wanted, to carrying my goods to my car, the service and price was excellent. I was a very happy shopper. Mario enquired if I was an RAC member without my having to ask and additional to the already low price I received an extra 5% discount for being a member. Store was cool, well organised and well stocked, with easy parking at the door. I sure will be a regular shopper at Mario's Retravision in the future. Highly recommended for good, helpful and friendly service. Thank you Mario!

Avoid Retrovision delivery service at all costs. Never have I had such a horrible experience. First problem was the fact we agreed on a time of delivery 3.30 pm left work on my lunch break to make it in time from delivery then I received a text message at 3.43 pm informing me to call, very rude and hostile man telling me he’ll be another 30 mins. Ending up arriving at 5.15 pm absolutely pathetic time management. Complaining the whole time about how heavy the washing machine was, asking to help him with it ! Bloody outrageous attitude. Just dumps the washing machine in the house. Forgets our mat we had purchased and which we were told would be delivered with the washing machine. Don’t bother wasting your time at this place .

Management of this store exhibited a split personality in my two dealings. Very helpful and courteous leading up to getting my business. Standoffish and and rude when I attempted to return the damaged goods four days later. I was interograted as a criminal not a customer. Went to Retravision Cannington the next day who completely contradicted Osborne Parks return policy. I am a supporter of buying WA but these types of experiences push me back to Large National Department stores. Tread warily.

I went to Retravison. as they are a major sponsor of the harness racing in W.A. So far, I've purchased a Samsung TV, LG Fridge and a Yamaha sound bar. I was unable to set up my sound bar, but Alexis guided me over the phone to set it up. For that great service, i thought they thoroughly deserved their 5 stars.

I cannot rate the care and service of the staff at Retravision Osborne Park higher than 5 stars but if I could I would. I am a single father with a child with severe disabilities and have required several electrical appliances over time. The staff at Retravision Osborne Park have gone out of their way many times to assist us and provide us appliances that meet our requirements. Thankyou Retravision Osborne Park, Thankyou so very much.
