Came in on a Saturday, it was our first time to select all our bathroom finishes as they were the supplier for our builder. Renee bumped into us and unknowingly spent a solid 2 hours helping us select everything from accessories, tap-ware, bathtub, cisterns, vanities etc.. and at the same time made it a very pleasant experience. She even suggested things that would work well it was like she was picking her own bathroom with us!! Greatest personalised service!!

We attended Reece this morning and were absolutely overwhelmed with the quality of customer service provided by Claire. She was friendly, helpful, practical, knowledgeable, very patient and we left feeling very happy with our selections. The showroom itself seems well stocked and anything they don't have is easily pulled up on the PC. Claire should be commended for her outstanding customer service (even running down to the gate to let us out of the car park). I'm sure she missed her lunch break whilst she was with us. Honestly could not recommend this place highly enough based on our interactions today..
