Pity head office work hard with great marketing and comms only to be let down with trade desk staff who think they have to be abrupt and discourteous. A constant with Reece - the wannabe plumbers behind the trade desk feel they have to be rough and tough - like real plumbers. Maybe it’s come from a memo from the top but I doubt it. I used to love Burwood Plumbing Supplies. RIP
I called customer care for fix my toilet on 08/02/20, the guy came 14/02/20, and said he will order the part and come back. And after that I called Reece to follow up and question when the plumber back and Reece always ask me to wait. Now is 29/02/20. I have no idea how Reece run the customer care. It’s customer be careful about them. I bought almost 20K value product and received this kind of service. Fk never
Good range with staff that know what they are on about. Two negatives are they are by far the most expensive in the market and they recommend items that no one else stocks so you cannot get comparable prices

Beautiful showroom and staff all very friendly from the minute we walked in the store all the staff said hello and all with a smile . Melissa u'Ren was fantastic had so much patience and was so much help with everything . Thanks again guys x
