Absolutely terrible customer service and never opens on time! I have taken my vacuum for repairs at least 6 times. They never call when it is ready to pick up. This time around I got home with my “fixed” vacuum and it still doesn’t work (after 150 being charged too which they didn’t call about authorizing either). So I have to drive back to return it again and even though they should be open of course they are not. This is not the first time I’ve been stuck outside a locked door here.
