Great value for the time you can spend walking around, looking at local history. The kids loved it, especially the walk on ship and the clown sideshows. Toilets are available, with baby change table, and the place is accessible for prams and wheelchairs as it has an elevator for the different floors. The service was friendly :-)

The museum was a lot of fun and very informative. I will definitely be back.
Great place to learn the history of early settlers. Great for families as well
Great place to visit. You can get a 25% discount after visiting Aviation or Railway museums. Captivating cat bingo (a task to spot all the little cats on the ships), my son was super excited to find them all.
Visited this museum with my family. Really loved it. Lots of history, stories and exhibits. A real gem.
It's not going to fill in hours but it's well worth a visit. I found it pretty interesting. Great little part of the world Port Adelaide. So make the trip and stop past the museum.
Great exhibits, with a nice walk on the ketch trade vessel Active 2, I was very fascinated in my hour visit
If history and big ships are your thing, you will be very interested here. My toddler and I enjoyed the cat scavenger hunt and the Play School exhibition.
