We needed a video recorder. My husband said to make sure I was served by 'the tall lad' Fortunately Josh was the first assistant that I saw. He looked up our recent tv purchase to be sure what we had. He ran through the features of the machine and I was satisfied that it was what we needed. Because we are technically naive, he suggested we get it installed. Unfortunately no service was available until after Easter so he came after work and adjusted it for us. Wonderful service. Thanks Josh. Hope the Easter bunny is kind to you.

I have had an issue with my Beko front load washing machine. Sometimes violent shaking of the machine. I seem to have resolved my problem, but not without the help from Chloe. What a great asset Chloe is to your company. Very obliging and polite, thanks Chloe.

The first time I shopped at this store I walk in and all the salespeople were looking after someone. with out hesitation the owner left what he was doing in his office and served me. This is what old fashion service looks like. Great work.

Staff are so friendly in this store and they know the products that they sell. Never had any issues with after sale support either. Go price check somewhere else if you can get a better price this store will match it. They are friendly and knowledgeable. They make sure you get what you want at best price ever. Can not go wrong. They sold me everything for my home from kitchen to laundry to everything in beween. One very happy customer. The best parts are the delivery people as they actually bring items into the home set them up and take the packaging away. Betta Home actually talk with customers rather than drop and go that other stores around the area do and actually charge their customers more for their rude service, unlike Betta who do a fantastic delivery service and they are cheaper as well. I would give them 10 stars if I could
