I bought VORWERK VK200 vacuum cleaner from this store about 4weeks ago, I'm not happy about it at all, i used the earlier model of this vacuum cleaner I was very happy about it, but this model I got from Peninsula home store, useless, no suction, not easy to use, the one I tried at the store was good, they showed me different product to what was in the box. Horrible machine to have. Do not even go near this place they will conn you, I believe I was conned..

Quite incredible service. Called on a Monday morning as I noticed they had the item I wanted in-stock and to see if they could sort delivery out for it as it’s outside my 5KM radius (I live in Kew, 46KM away). Was asked a few questions and given the items I needed on top to ensure I would get the best results. Then went onto place my order online for “pick-up” but here’s where great service continues. The store owner who I spoke to on the phone, drove 46KM to deliver the goods! In this day and age, it’s unheard of and I couldn’t praise the owner enough. I’ll be back the next time I need a vacuum, quite incredible. You should be really proud!
