I brought my zeroturn mower in last year having recently bought it second hand, it often threw the belt and the engine surged and cut out. After a replacement belt, service and a large bill the mower was the same. I have some experience working on cars so I decided to learn to do it myself, I discovered that the bearings that hold the blades had a lot of play and needed replacements and the spring holding the belt tensioner had lost all its tension. The surging engine was because the carburetor was full of toxic gunk and the fuel filter was half blocked. Having paid for a service I'd hoped these problems would have been brought to my attention. I wouldn't get my mower serviced here again although it's a good place to buy genuine replacement parts.
