When visiting this store walk in the person in the store was serving a customer this had taken about 15 minutes the only things that was brought was a petrol tin and oil the rest the time was chatting. Ended up walking out and spending my seven hundred dollars at bunning got better service from staff all three very helpful. Thank you bunning .your loss big mower Beerwah.

I had to get a part replaced recently for my Ventrac. Big Mower are always super helpful, and Jake tried to replace on-site but decided easier back at workshop. Nevertheless he still turned the job around in one day and then dropped my Ventrac back early on a Saturday morning so I could get stuck into the mowing again over the weekend - really appreciated Jake's extra help doing this because the grass wasn't waiting for anyone.
These guys are so helpful and go out of the way to meet your service and repair needs. They understand what service means. Thoroughly recommended.
