These guys are good people. Everyone's experience is different and I guess one's own attitude plays a big part in it. The staff at Mountain Mowers have great attitudes, so if you had a bad experience check your own attitude. Great staff, competitive pricing and great service.
Have just had a great experience purchasing a ride on mower from Col at Mountain Mowers in Maleny. He has been so helpful in assisting us with making sure we made a purchase that would suit our needs. He and Steve are very friendly and informative, and we're most happy with their customer service. Update: After taking our old mower to be repaired, we were blown away yet again by the customer service and also the honesty from Col and team. Cannot speak highly enough of this business!! Wish I could create another review to give 5 stars again!
I have been dealing with Mountain Mowers since they opened in Maleny, and with Col in his previous position at Maleny Mowers. It is rare to find small motor mechanics that you feel confident with. But, Col and staff always bend over backwards to give good advice and always look for solutions to my problems. Their workmanship and service are excellent and they charge fairly. I highly recommend Mountain Mowers. Maleny is lucky to have them.
