I was shopping for a new vacuum and the lady in Godfrey's loganholme couldn't have been more helpful Excellent service. Much better than another shop I went in earlier.

Absolutely hopeless. Took in Bissell vacuum for full service and belt repair and after two minutes there was smoke coming out of the machine and the rollers do not move. Also took a power head of another vaccuun to replace but they said they could repair. Took it home after the repair and within in less than a minute it too stopped turning. Both of these were just in clean bedrooms. Not happy Jan. Waited 3 weeks for the repair to get 2 minutes of non working cleaner. Will NEVER BE BACK

Cannot recommend this store & staff highly enough. Super helpful when selling you a vacuum, even more so if you ever have any trouble with it. Service like theirs is few and far between these days, well done Godfreys Loganholme. I wouldn't buy a vacuum anywhere else now!

Called in to purchase steam mop & cleaner bags, went to counter with mop & credit card in hand only to be totally ignored. Both sales persons were dealing with the one same customer & never even acknowledged that I was there. Left the goods & walked out. Have now purchased on line & will be picking up from another store. Never had a good experience here & will not be returning in the future
