I recently brought a black diamond wood splitter from R&A , there was an initial electrical fault but they came and fixed it promptly and it hasn't missed a beat , love it and saves a lot of time .

Took my whipper snipper in for a service. Had a lot of issues that were more costly than it was worth. Was advised about a few options for a new one. Bought one and it came fueled up, ready to go. Was also shown some optional extras, but there was no hard sell. Just being informative. Old school business sense. Very impressed.
