I was looking for a specific F&P oven that wasn't on their website after shopping around a lot. I decided to give them a call and ask if they were able to get it as the NSW stores seemed to stock the model I wanted. When I requested a price I was given a price on par with the NSW Betta which for some reason were 1000-1500 cheaper than any price here in Brisbane. Very happy customer. The whole team at Betta Electrical cannon Hill were fantastic, from the first contact they answered the phone quickly, they new all about the product on was looking for, (it isn't a common product) as it was a Sunday they needed to check with the supplier on the Monday and call me back. Yes they called back early Monday morning with the info, i ordered the product and it was a very competitive price. Well done for 5 star customer service something that is very lacking in many of the other industry players. If you require something electrical make sure you call Betta Cannon Hill first, great service and prices.

Good price, ordered two items separately so it wouldn’t hold up my renos but they wouldn’t send them separately. I rang them to find out when they would be shipped and they said they’d just sold the last one (AFTER I had purchased it) and I had to wait for the next shipment. So it was quite delayed...I also didn’t get my 50 voucher and the store never called me back even though I contacted them a few times about this. I did speak to online customer service who did give me the voucher so that was great! Though they were the cheapest not sure I would buy through Betta again.
