This is possibly the most professional company I've dealt with. I received a phone call straight after lodging my enquiry online. All staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Ben was truly amazing! He explained every part of the process and was open and honest in his advice. He was on time! And I actually received a phone call in advance when I requested one. I'm actually blown away by the quality of service. Deserves 10 stars.

I had one of their central vacuums since we built the house in 1998. The unit lasted 21 long years before giving up earlier this year in 2019. Rang Aussie Vac for advice on a replacement and the helpful staff recommended the AV1300. Made the order online from their website the next day and it was delivered within 2 days. Followed one of many of their helpful YouTube videos and replaced it myself without any problems at all. New unit is working very well, a lot quieter and has unbelievable power and cleans very well. I like how the unit is in the garage which makes vacuuming in doors dust and noise free when compared with traditional vacuums. Thank you to the team at Aussie Vac !!

Pretty good service from these guys ! Their systems work fine, but find I get stronger suction out of my miele vacuum cleaner which is probably to be expected. Overall sale process was very smooth and installation was flawless.

Wish I had of replaced my old ducted machine with the same brand. Instead I brought an Aussie Vac. Feel like that was a mistake. It's way louder and doesn't have as much suction but it's the model they recommended. When I complained they weren't very helpful.
