Bought a 200 watt powertech solal panel from this store fitted an anderson plug and fitted to car to replace old panel and guess what does not work. Returned to store and was told powertech will be contacted and they would ring.Returned to the store twodays later as no contact had been made and worried me no warranty because i altered the panel (anderson plug ).Do not buy from this st ore or any powertech product from them

The customer service here is exceptional. Tracey helped me (from WA) buy a gift for my grandparents which they then went to pick up from the store. She was able to answer all questions from them, and showed them how to use the item. Highly recommend shopping at this store.
