Walked in this morning with an old vape I had from previously trying to quit smoking, I think the guys name was Tim? Answered all my questions professionally and with a lot of knowledge. He didn’t try and shove product down my throat and offered his own personal advice rather than pushing to sell me the most expensive thing in the shelf. I throughly appreciate the honesty and felt like I was important so him as a customer and he was passionate about the store. Not knowing much about vaping he “dumbed” it down for me to understand and gave me several options on what to choose. I will 110% be returning to your store to purchase further juices and coils. Very well done.

I smoked for about 15 years (with a 2 years break during that time), went down there one day after the last cigarette in my pack and pretty much asked for advice. I found a very helpful lad, going through every details, telling me what kind of vape I could get for the type of smoker I used to be. It's been 55 days today, I barely touch my vape anymore but it's still here in case of an emergency. I've been there to refill the liquid, the vape still works perfectly fine, I have (so far) no intent to even consider a dart anymore...took me a while to write that review, but thanks heaps for the time you took to help me out :)
