The staff are not only knowledgeable, but they are also more helpful (and more honest) than any of the other vape stores around. Their liquid range is quite excessive, with something for everyone, and their prices are more than reasonable.
Been there only twice, and each time I was impressed by their genuine care. Unlike e-cigforlife, they didn't try to sell me everything else I didn't need or inflate the price by four times in the name of good service. Fantastic customer service and product knowledge. Had a problem with my pod system as it wouldn't charge out of the blue. returned it there and they replaced the unit on the spot no questions asked as it was still under warranty. Also find their website stock indication to be very accurate comparing to other shops.
