Quick delivery of my item thanks for that. Price of the double power point with dual USB ports was good. However there is an issue which needs to be rectified. The active terminal is almost completely covered by the USB power pack which makes termination very difficult (see photo).

Finally got a full refund today almost 3 months later. Definitely on my Blacklist of companies not to deal with again. This Company just Lies. Got a call from Nic 27/07/2020 from Finance, said that they are going to refund and not the first time I have heard that from them. 03/08/2020 and still no refund and been a total of 82 days to try and get the refund from them. The five star reviews on Trustpilot are complete bogus. When the owner replies to your review and says they have tried to resolve with you earlier, also a lie. They are even trying to get my negative review taken down from Trustpilot which will stay up. If a company can't refund less than 70 for faulty goods you need to take heed. They are in trouble. Rare you get a business this Dishonest not recommended. Poor Quality Products - refuse to provide refunds - beware Purchased two Premium HDMI cables in mid May and 75 days later still trying to get a refund. They have a lot of good reviews but doubt they are legit because my experience with 4Cabling is beyond bad. Some companies don't do the right thing by all customers. They are selling absolute junk, refusing refunds and not following the Consumer Guarantee. Becareful buying from them especially if your spending larger amounts.
Amazing place for all your IT cabling. I found them accidentally when I was looking for a wall mount for my two 27inch monitors .They were really fantastic.. The crew at their store in Brisbane Murarrie were very helpful and accommodative .will be going here more often now even though I live on the south side :)
A friend told me about 4Cabling and I purchased a couple of items on the weekend and it was ready for pick-up Monday morning. They seem to have a lot of good stuff in their store so I will definitely be back, and they're local so that's a big plus. It would be nice if they were open on the weekend at least on a Saturday for a few hours in the morning say 7am to 12pm. Otherwise great store. Cheers
