You guys are always friendly, always give thorough information, along with a fair price, and that’s why I continue to return for my Jet Ski service. Bought 2 Yamaha ski"s over a year ago from James, great to deal with James & his team for any questions & accessories. Had both ski's serviced a couple of months ago, had them do extra work as some parts were showing signs of age [new solas props & jetpump liners]. I have had 1 out a few times but finally had both out [with family] & cannot believe the difference with them. The fuel economy is great, also take off is much better . I would recommend the jetski shop for all your sales & servicing as they are easy to deal with & keep you informed before any work is done. Thanks James & his team. Steve Fuller.

I was initially after some spares for my Seadoo and James was super helpful. I went to the shop and while there asked about a new battery as mine had charging issues. They were very busy with servicing at peak time but James asked if I can leave my ski with them a few hours so they can test my battery etc. Just a few hours later I had my ski back with a new battery fitted at a great price. Happy to get 'real service" and have booked my ski in for its next major service :)

Our dealings with The Jetski Shop in Ashmore have been nothing short of impressive. Excellent service, nothing has been too difficult for them. Friendly and helpful, James and his staff have been great and have gone out of their way to look after us. We purchased a second hand ski from them and ended up with a better deal than anything we could find in the private sale market, and the peace of mind of a warranty as well. We're so happy with our purchase and the professional support we've received. Embarrassingly, I managed to scratch the hull on my first ride. Although our transaction was finalised James still offered to repair the damage for free, thanks again for that. Through our dealings I've gained complete faith in this business and would never never go anywhere else let alone buy privately again. We highly recommend them to anyone looking to do business with them. Keep up the great work guys. Definitely five thumbs up.

I need my Honda fixed was going into limp mode. They sorted the problem while I waited. Got quoted 3000 from jet ski United for a ecu. That sounded ridiculous. James charged me 2000 for same part brand new with 12 month warrentee. Thought 2000 was still expensive but it is what it is I guess. Still better than 3000. His team had my ski diagnosed and fixed in 15min. My oil was 500ml to low would of been nice if they topped it up as they noticed it. 4 stars from me.

These guys are good! I bought a secondhand Seadoo GTI from them. They were helpful, informative and helped me choose the right ski. Unfortunately we had some unforseen issues with the ski, which turned out to be electrical. They replaced the computer (1600), the battery and the alternator as part of their 30 day warranty with no issue. Since then they have helped me with another couple of minor issues without charging me anything. This level of customer service is rare. Very impressed!
