Staff wasn't that helpful. We asked for a product and there wasn't any left there. We requested if its possible to look for the same product in another store so that we can go there and buy it. Don't know whether she actually looked it up or not. Said no this stock isn't available anywhere at the moment. We really wanted it so we called another closest store and they had it in store! The staff wasn't that rude but wasn't polite too. Idk how to put it.

Really brings up the standard of the rest of Barkly Square and is the only reason I'll visit it.
The sales person was helpful. The item was well priced. The store was easy to navigate.
I bought turntable from brunswick store mid June. Staff from brunswick store are very very nice :) one of staff recommended me to but marely turntable and im very happy with this one. i was also looking for classical vinyls but they didn’t have it so they were trying to find other options as well :)
Great unbiased advice from Aiden on a new camera. I had to get one for making videos at work. Not really knowing what I needed, he took me through the cameras in my prices range and gave me the pros and cons. I then went away and read some product reviews which confirmed his recommendations, I then returned and bought it. He had great knowledge, delivered professional and friendly service and really helped me out.
Why is there customer service so bad?!?! Good products but I ended up leaving after waiting 20 mins for help from a sales person. The 'special contracted sales guy' at the front door sent 3 messages to staff to get a sales person to come and help me. I was all ready to buy a phone!!!!!!! I eventually left in frustration. (Edit after reading another review: yeah the guy at the door had long black he was great. Shame about the rest of the team.)
It was a perfect example of if you don't ask you don't get .so I asked and I got .the saleman was a very nice person ,so a good deal was brokered
Excellent customer service from Aidan. We travel half an hour to come to this store because of the great service and advice. Our local store at Broadmeadows needs to improve its poor service
