Nearly always have any tech that I have gone to purchase (laptops, TVs, hifi, printers etc). Staff always seem to be knowledgeable on the products but at busy times can be difficult to track down someone to help. Have a good range of products, given the size of the store

Ben delivered a world-class service gave us attention why I was dealing with all the three customers at the same time. The guy was basically selling fixing up the store checking the system answering the phone and managed to keep the atmosphere very nice and pleasant definitely five stars
I went to the store to upgrade two phones on new plans. The Consultant JACKSON (P322031) was outstanding he was very knowledgeable about all the products I enquired about. Even giving me easy upgrade instructions which worked a dream for me at home. So Thank you JACKSON for your outstanding service and friendly service. The staff was too busy chatting amongst themselves to offer any help. The only ones that were working were the asian staff. And they often close before closing time.
Been hear many times and always been greeted with helpful staff and normally service is pretty fast . They have a lot of product range hear and generally good deals running.
Love the service, I went to buy a tablet and after I bought I saw they they had given the wrong 1. The store had priced it wrongly ie the tickets and barcode was wrong. Locki who served me did the right thing and gave me the higher spec for the same price. The store corrected the wrong with a true aussie spirit. Good on you guys keep it up. Thanks locki

While trying to pick up a few Christmas gifts we were approached by Ella who not only gave us some great suggestions (specifically tailored to gift recipients) but also ran us through all the products and patiently answered multiple questions. Super friendly and knowledgable. Great customer service.
