Very happy with the service and the team. My car is my pride and joy and I was hesitant to have anyone other than Mercedes touch it. This company is amazing. I ordered a product to ship to the US. The product was delayed in shipping (it was mistakenly shipped regular instead of priority) and I really really needed the part in order to avoid cancelling a trip to visit my father for this 85th birthday. They gave me the option to purchase a second one, pay for expedited shipping, and return the original product at their cost with a full refund for the first product shipping. This was the best example of customer service that I have experienced in many years. They were so nice and friendly about it too. Have NO hesitation at all using this company. They *REALLY* understand customer service. Oh, the product is great as well. :)

Martin and his team did a fantastic job fitting the Westfalia removable hitch to our GLC AMG Mercedes. Very happy how it's totally unobtrusive, quick to remove and very easy to use. Their after sales service has been great as well. :)

I had a towbar installed with Australian Towbards and Carl was quick to see my needs for a specific towbar, priced well and he ensured the changes would still suit my Tiguan. On the towbar install day, my technician was sick, and Carl was STILL able to manoeuvre my cheeky request to have the install go ahead if possible. He literally installed it himself! This crew know what they're doing, and they're passionate about it!
