Very helpful staff. Lots of choices and styles. Staff knowledgeable about stock. Could demonstrate and describe models well. didn't feel hurried and could take my time looking. Love my new upright vaccum cleaner. Easy to use, empty and recharge.
Terrible. I bought the vacuum for only 1 year and it stopped working. The staff refused to replace, refund or fix it even it is within warranty, giving excuse which I was not told when I bought it.
Terrible customer service.. heavily pregnant and left standing around for ages while one man was with a customer and another man said he was new and couldnt help me.. went in to return a vacuum that had the worst suction power ever to be told I couldn't return it even with a receipt and it was still under warranty.. said that the machine I picked wasn't meant to be used on a whole house hold as it loses power once the battery goes under 80%, which was never told to me when originally buying the product.. he showed me the machine still "worked" as he demonstrated that it picked up half of the crumbs on the floor, leaving some behind as well.. they eventually agreed to swap the product for another, but he wouldn't swap for anything in a similar price range, pushing me to spend over 100 more to get a bigger vacuum.. at least the new employee was apologetic that he couldn't help me as he was new, but the other guy who was working there I know you have been there for a while, you should go take a course in customer service..
My vac died while under warranty. David very kindly lent me a loaner while i waited for the replacement to come in...
Absolutely dreadful. Staff sold us a faulty product, and when we attempted to return it, refused to believe is, saying there was a blockage, which was not true. Even after the manager tried to clear the non existent blockage and then demonstrate the vacuum was not working in failed in front of us. He then continued to act aggressively and rudely, refuse to authorise a refund. At no point did he act professionally or politely, but showed his complete lack of interest in the customer. On attempting to escalate the problem the area manager proceeded to try and built my wife into taking in store credit. This company seems to think that it can behave like a monopoly, test it's customers like dirty and get away with it. I highly recommend avoiding them and looking to the far superior prices, products and customer service from online retailers, who actually behave the way a business should.
I called 11 times and no one picked up the phone. Just didn't want to go to the store if they don't have what i am looking for.
Very small store not enough variety available i was expecting a big store with some extra stuff, good thing u can bargain the price sales person agreed to give me 20 discount and was very polite and helpful
